Signature Flat Fee Service


Why fork over all of your home's equity in high commissions?  With our flat fee structure, you only pay $499 for a full service listing.  This includes listings on both GaMLS and FMLS, multiple listing services, and a host of additional websites! Your listing includes extensive exposure on more than 200 internet sites.  The best feature of all is that we provide Signature service from inception to closing to help guide you through the everchanging real estate market.

Traditional Real Estate Company

Listing commission: 3%

Co-op commission: 3% (this amount is paid to the broker who represents the buyer)

Total Commission  : $12,000 (6% of sales price)

How Signature's Sliding Scale Works:

 

0-10 outings Signature Buyer's Rebate 1.5%

10-20 outings Signature Buyer's Rebate 1%

20+ outings Signature Buyers Rebate $500

or you can choose to lock in your rebate for 1% of the sales price at the inception of our relationship.  This program works really well for first time homebuyers or any buyer who may want to take their time to find that "perfect" home.

Buyer's Rebate to You: 0
